Hounslow Law Centre is a registered charity based in West London near London's Heathrow Airport. Hounslow is an
economically active area and home to many industries related to the busy airport. It is also very ethnically diverse, with
nearly 35% of the population from black and ethnic backgrounds. However, major deprivation exists in part of the borough,
especially on some housing estates.
The Law Centre provides free legal service in the main social welfare areas of law. We serve residents who live or work
in the London borough of Hounslow and surrounding areas. Hounslow Law Centre practices a high quality service, and has been
awarded a quality kitemark by the Legal Services Commission, is regulated by OISC (Immigration) and posesses the Matrix standard for learning and work (REA project).
Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide a high quality service to those most disadvantaged and vulnerable in society. To ensure that
all have access to justice and equality. To monitor the changing needs of the community and to provide a legal service and
support to those most in need. To be a voice for the disadvantaged, to promote change in access to the law, social justice
and human rights.
