We are centrally located in Hounslow. Just 5 minutes walk from Hounslow High Street, on the corner of Queens Road and Lampton Road, adjacent to Hounslow Central tube station on the Piccadilly underground line, and within 15 minutes walking distance of Hounslow Overground station. The 120 bus stops outside. (Click on 'where are we' for a map, and type in the post code TW3 1LY).

Equal Opportunities

The Law Centre is committed to a policy of equal opportunities.  Legal Advice and representation is made available to all sections of the community, regardless of race, colour, ethnic or national origins, sex, marital status or sexual orientation, disability, age or religion.

The Law Centre does not advise individuals or groups known to express or practise any form of discrimination.

Every effort will be made to assist vulnerable members of the community, such as the disabled, mentally ill, the elderly, or those with language or learning difficulties.

We can make home visits to those unable to visit our offices (i.e. the housebound).

We have advice workers who are Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and Luganda speaking.

We will attempt to arrange interpreters as necessary.

Partial wheelchair access is available.

Suggestions, complaints and comments

We provide a free, confidential and independent service.  If you are not happy with the service provided, you should discuss the matter with your caseworker, who will try to resolve the problem.  If the matter cannot be resolved by your caseworker, you should write to the Director of the Law Centre at 51 Lampton Road.  Questionnaires are available at advice session for clients to complete and make comments on as necessary, which should be returned to the Law Centre or given back to the caseworker.
